Note: It is not compatible with non-Android Fire TV / Firestick models, specifically those with "Select" in the name (e.g., Fire TV Stick 4K Select), which run Vega OS instead of Fire OS and do not support Android APK sideloading.
Will it work on my Android phone? +

Will it work on my Android set-top box? +

Will it work with streaming services / geo-blocks? +
It might — but no guarantees. Our focus is on secure, private connections with zero logs and top-tier encryption. Some streaming platforms can employ different VPN blocking/detection methods, so compatibility isn't something we promise or support.
What about renewal and cancellation? +
Your subscription auto-renews annually for convenience. You can cancel anytime — no questions asked.
How do I get my login details? +
Your VPN username and password are displayed directly on-screen immediately after successful payment (on the order receipt page). They are also sent to you by email as a backup — please check your inbox (and junk/spam folder) if the email doesn't arrive right away.
Any limitations I should know? +
For now: VPN-BASIC and VPN-MULTI are only available on Android / Fire TV via their dedicated apps. Only one active connection per account is allowed at a time.

Can server locations change? +
Yes, we may occasionally update or adjust server locations and countries to improve performance, security, reliability, or comply with operational requirements. Any such changes will be aimed at enhancing your overall experience.
Does the VPN protect against IPv6 leaks? +
Yes — we automatically block IPv6 traffic when connected to prevent any potential leaks. Your connection remains fully protected over IPv4 (with AES-256 encryption and zero logs), and all traffic appears from our servers. No manual configuration is required on your device.
