Welcome to SatzoneUK. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products and services from us. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility
You must be aged 18 or over to purchase from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Products and Services
- Physical Products: Include a 12-month hardware warranty and a 1-month warranty on peripheral devices (e.g., PSU, RCU) from the date of purchase. Warranties are Return To Base (RTB) – you must return faulty items to our address at your cost unless otherwise agreed.
- Subscription Services: Ongoing services (e.g., VPN) are billed monthly or annually via recurring payments until cancelled. You must use these services responsibly and lawfully in accordance with Section 8 below. Use of the VPN service for illegal or prohibited activities (e.g., accessing illegal content, hacking, or other activities banned under applicable law) is strictly forbidden. Any user found engaging in such activities risks immediate termination of their account without notice or refund.
- Server Locations & Features: Server locations, countries, availability, speeds, and quality may vary and are subject to change at our discretion (including additions, removals, or modifications) to maintain performance, security, reliability, or comply with legal/operational requirements. We aim to provide advance notice where possible, but changes may occur without prior notice.
4. Ordering and Payment
- Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
- Prices are in GBP and exclude delivery costs (unless stated otherwise).
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept one-off payments for physical products and recurring payments for subscription services (e.g., VPN). All payments for services/subscriptions are non-refundable once processed.
- You authorise us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions until you cancel.
5. Delivery
- We deliver physical goods to UK addresses only.
- Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
- Risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to you upon delivery.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties
- Consumer Rights: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may return faulty or misdescribed physical goods within 30 days for a refund or replacement. Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the product arrives Dead On Arrival (DOA), in which case we will cover reasonable return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable, except in the case of DOA at our discretion. For DOA claims, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Warranty: Physical products carry a 12-month hardware warranty and a 1-month warranty on peripherals (e.g., PSU, RCU) from the date of purchase. Warranty claims are Return To Base (RTB). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is DOA. Contact us to initiate a claim.
- Subscription Services: No refunds are available for subscription services (e.g., VPN) once the payment has been processed, including for partial billing periods. You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time via your account or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed via Stripe within 14 days.
7. Cancellations
- You may cancel orders before dispatch for a full refund. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
- We may cancel orders if stock is unavailable or payment fails, in which case we will refund you in full.
8. Your Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date billing and delivery information at all times.
- Use the Services (including any subscription services such as our VPN) responsibly and lawfully. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction (including, without limitation, any laws relating to data protection, privacy, encryption, export controls, or prohibited online activities). We recommend that you seek independent legal advice if you are unsure about your local legal obligations.
You must not use the Services in any way that would cause us to breach any applicable laws or regulations.
9. Marketing Communications
- We may use your contact details to send you marketing communications about our products, services, or those of our chosen partners. You can opt out at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in our communications.
10. Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses (including, but not limited to, loss of data, profits, or business).
- Our liability in relation to faulty goods is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as provided under UK law.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on our website (including text, images, logos, and software) is owned by or licensed to SatzoneUK. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any such content without our prior written permission.
12. Termination of Services
We may suspend or terminate your access to subscription services if you breach these Terms, fail to make payment, or engage in prohibited activities (as outlined in Section 3). Such termination may occur without prior notice, and no refunds will be provided in these circumstances.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in your local jurisdiction.
